Welcome! I completed my 2200 hour massage therapy diploma at Alberta College of Massage Therapy in June of 2019. I have been trained in therapeutic, deep tissue, myofascial release, PNF stretching which I very much enjoy incorporating into my treatments, joint mobilizations and prenatal massage but I am wanting to take another course on prenatal massage to further my knowledge. I have so far taken extra training courses since I've graduated including, cupping and hot stone that I also very much enjoy incorporating into my treatments as the benefits are great. I have now began more training in aMnual Osteopathic Therapy to be able to help my clients further. It is a lot more assessing of the client with light energy needed to treat the dysfunctions but there is also visceral manipulation fascial remodelling and much more.
